Since the beginning of the 20th century, great-grandfather Giuseppe believed in the strong roots and high vocation of our territory for viticulture. The great-grandfather began to cultivate the first Dolcetto, Cortese and Barbera vineyards and vinify our grapes. This passion passed down first to his son Guido, and subsequently to his grandchildren. Passion, tradition and love for our territory have been handed down for three generations.
Our territory is characterized by a continental climate: winters are cold, while rainfall is concentrated in the months between October and April. Summers are hot and dry, with a good range between day and night which favors the formation of primary aromas already at the bunch level. Temperatures are mild in the months of September-October, which are those usually used for grape harvesting; important role of the winds caused by the proximity of the sea which determine good ventilation even in the hottest months.
The average altitude is over 300 meters above sea level and the soils are characterized by an alternation of clayey marl and sandstone.
Our daily commitment is to maximize the expression of local vines, reserving respect, passion and attachment to our great Piemontese territory.
To try to have even greater contact with our customers, we have recently created an online sales portal on our website, managed internally by the company to purchase safely and with our guarantee.
