Vinification: manual harvest, followed by crushing and destemming and the start of alcoholic fermentation using selected yeasts. An important role is played by maceration, which gives this wine a bright ruby-red colour.

Colour: bright ruby-red colour with hints of purple

Tasting notes: Notes of cherry and raspberry are perceived on the nose. Good balance in the mouth given by a smooth softness that makes it easy to pair with first and second courses that are not too
demanding.

Serving temperature: 16/18°C

Food pairing: Perfect with first and second courses, it has great versatility and is recommended to be tasted within two years of purchase to best perceive the fresh and fruity notes.
