Vinification: Manual harvest, followed by crushing and destemming. Skin contact is limited to a few hours until the desired colour is achieved.
Colour: pinkish, with onion skin tone Tasting notes: Intense hints of strawberry, raspberry and almonds emerge on the nose. Notes of red fruits are confirmed in the mouth as well as a good minerality.
