Grape variety: 70% Barbera, 30% Dolcetto

Yield: 10,000 kilograms per hectare

Harvest: first decade of September

Vinification: Manual harvest, followed by crushing and destemming. Skin contact is limited to a few hours until the desired colour is achieved.

Colour: pinkish, with onion skin tone Tasting notes: Intense hints of strawberry, raspberry and almonds emerge on the nose.
Notes of red fruits are confirmed in the mouth as well as a good minerality.

alcoholic strength: 12,5% vol.

Serving temperature: 10/12°C

Food pairing: Ideal for aperitifs, pizza, fish and
white meat main courses.
